Since the inception of The Russel Moore Company, Russel has built his practice by fostering strong relationships with his clients, performing proactive marketing, and participating in continuous education within the commercial real estate profession. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in contract skills and brokerage negotiations, and can provide valuable guidance to tenants, buyers, landlords and sellers. Russel also has a strong background in commercial construction and development and is well qualified to help his clients through all phases of the construction process. Russel was raised in Austin, Texas. He lives in Lakeway, Texas with his wife.
As an active investor of real estate himself since 1990, Russel Moore brings both respect and integrity to the table. He is a dedicated, passionate and market savvy professional who puts his clients' satisfaction before all else. Russel Moore has practiced commercial real estate for over twenty-five years in the State of Texas. In 2000, Russel founded The Russel Moore Company to offer clients and customers a better alternative for their real estate needs. Mr. Moore specializes in the sale and leasing of retail and investment properties and is currently a Tenant Representative for numerous national, regional, and local retail establishments. Russel is a Texas Real Estate Broker and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.
Russel has extensive experience in client negotiations, as well as a background in construction, project management, and land development. His development experience includes site evaluation and acquisition, demographic analyses, budgeting, national and local tenant lease negotiations as well as several real estate related partnerships.
ABOUT RUSSEL
He is a CCIM Designee and MBA, having graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Business Administration. His experience includes over 20 years in both Operations and Finance, having served as Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 2006 for Commstar Communications (at the time, the largest independent wireless dealer in Central Texas).
Prior to joining Russel Moore Company, Daniel held the role of Chief Operating Officer for US Merchant Payment Solutions.
SPECIALTIES
Daniel Cohen has served as Chief Financial Officer for Russel Moore Company since 2012, with oversight in all financial reporting, asset valuations, projections, analyses, and property management for our portfolio.
ABOUT DANIEL
In addition, Mari Jeanne has been a licensed real estate agent for the state of Texas for 15 years and is a current member of CCIM. She has lived in Austin for over 40 years and currently lives in Lakeway with her husband.

Mari Jeanne Moore has served as Executive Vice President at RMCRE for over 15 years. In addition to providing direct support to Russel Moore, she is also tasked with providing both key operational and financial assistance to the CFO of the company.
